{Garden Chicken Sandwich}
You will need:
baby spinach {to taste}
1 can of cooked chicken
celery {to taste}
green onions {to taste}
Cilantro {to taste....I like a lot!}
1 Tablespoon of olive oil Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon of fat free ranch dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Light Provolone cheese that
chopped tomato {to taste}
Sandwich thins {that is the bun and they are only 100 calories total!}
To make sandwich combine canned chicken, onions, celery, cilantro, mayo, dressing, and salt and pepper.
Open bun and layer with spinach, cheese, 1/2 cup of chicken salad, and tomatoes. YUM!
On the side I took 1/2 a cup of Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt and added some frozen raspberries. It is a good way to get in a fruit and It makes the yogurt yummy and thick! It's like having dessert with no extra side of guilt!
