You know that feeling when your just sure a talk was written or given for you?
Well this is mine...
One of my favorite quotes:
"Enduring adversity is not the only thing you must do to experience a happy life. Let me repeat: how you react to adversity and temptation is a critical factor in whether or not you arrive at your own “happily ever after.”
All I can think about is how much I have changed in less than a month. How that simple concept of "how you react to adversity" is so true. The adversity we have faced since moving here has changed me, I know it is helping me reach my ultimate "Happy Ever After (or forever as I like to think of it!)."
And I like that.
I like it a lot.
I am a fan of that talk too. I am also a fan of change when it's for the better, so good for you!
ReplyDeletegrowth is fun too, even if it hurts a little (or a lot) in the process; looking back at where you came from always feels like winning. And winning it cool.
