Visiting Kualoa Ranch has been on Rick and I's "Hawaii Bucket List" for a while. We had to go to town the other weekend and decided we would just stop by and have a mini adventure! There is SO much you can do and you can do it so many various ways (atv rides, bus rides, horse back rides, hikes, ext.). Our main interest of going was to see the film sights. The tour itself was 1 hour and was cheap with our local discount! An added bonus was our tour ended up being private since we were the only one's there in the middle of the day!
The tour started out with some history of the ranch and some historical sites of war bunkers. Next were the film sights! Rick was excited to see where Jarassic park took place and hang out by the most famous dead tree that ever lived. We were also able to see Godzilla's footprints and a bunch of other movie and TV show film sights!
Next up was a war bunker that you might recognize as the "hatch" in lost! They stored a bunch of props and posters and as you can see I had a bunch of fun :)
Last but not least were the incredible views worth the trip all alone....
